I'm sure all of you permas were keg farmers in jaga before the keg nerf. Question is, halloween is comin up soon and the vatteirs in jaga are the best for festive item farming. Is there any way to still perma this?

I tried cryway but they scatter too much to be effective. Seems like if they get below 50% health at least half of them scatter. Any suggestions guys for getting us some festives this halloween?

Silver is not the option...

just to let u know raptors are good drops for festival items which is easily farmed by a perma although perfected by a w/n

A/Me Degen Sin (basic chambers build) works fine for me, just replace vipers and your done.

As for the scatter, thats easy just pull against a wall to avoid that, did this the other day, imo not as quick as raptors now kegs have gone so its a hard one between this and raptors due to drop rates. I've personally found more festival and gold item drops from Vaettirs so they might just edge it even if the kill rate is slower now, espec if i take a merch summoning stone with me

Ok thanks guys. Im ganna check the vid Sife and see how to do this w/o scatter. =) . I'll tell ya if Jaga is worth Halloween drops.

Edit: Sife, it is the bid I need to say that permas can still farm jaga but after the main groups of vatteir are cleared the bid goes black... where do you pull the smaller group of vatteirs too?

Huh? You pull in two groups, one of 24 (The southern group) and one of 36 (Northern). You can't do them all in one group, not without wall-ticking them, and that's not worth it.

It also shows you how to pull them better too. Although I don't like spirit of failure in this sort of build (As it's usually overkill, you should have 24 or 36 enemies next to you), it isn't bad.

Yeah, the second after I posted and tried it out I found the locations to wall-pull and farm the area. I also dont use SoF, it is replaced with HoS (Heart of Shadow) in case I get stuck.

Sorry I don't agree that vaettir farm pre-keg-nerf was best farm for event items. W/N 100 LOLz/MOP raptors was just as good, if not better. No (statistical) evidence was ever given to demonstrate your assertion. There was merely hand-waving, based on someone's 2-4 hour farm results.

So for now, I'd suggest W/N raptors.

I have farmed Raptors for several hundred hours (ele) and Kegged (sin) about one hundred hours.
Kegging was by far the more lucrative farm of the two imo!

I have no idea how the farming methods which replaced Kegging compares to the Raptor farm.

True. A W/N IS better at farming for event items... for a warrior. I've done the raptor farm before when there have been events going on and such and Ive averaged about 2-3 event items per zone. When I do vatteir farms during events I get an average of 6-9 event items per zone. Now sure, raptor farms take <1 min and vatteir farms take 4 min. All I'm saying is that the vatteir farm will be the superior farm over raptors for permas. Silver takes too long IMO. I also think the vatteirs have a greater chance at dropping golds. So jaga is where I'll be when halloween comes (with my perma). I guarentee at least 3 stacks of items =)
